We start working with your order only after 100% payment in advance.

After payment of the order, you will receive confirmation that your order is in progress.

If ordered item is in stock then we will send it to you within 3-5 days. If the item is not available then the production takes from 3 weeks to 2 months. We always try to make an order faster and only for reasons beyond our control (for example, from the production load), delays with dispatch are possible.

If the order including delivery is made and paid through payment system, then it is not possible to cancel your order. A doll or another item will be taken into production and no refunds are available.

If you are a returning customer, please, ALWAYS mention your address and your contact number. This information is required by postal services as phone number is supposed to be filled in EMS form. 

Important! We will not be able to send parcels on the eve of big holidays. For example: from December 10 to January 15 of the bad work of the post office on holidays.
