We start working with your order only after 100% payment in advance.

After payment of the order, you will receive confirmation that your order is in progress.

If ordered item is in stock then we will send it to you within 3-5 days. If the item is not available then the production takes from 3 weeks to 2 months. We always try to make an order faster and only for reasons beyond our control (for example, from the production load), delays with dispatch are possible.

If the order including delivery is made and paid through payment system, then it is not possible to cancel your order. A doll or another item will be taken into production and no refunds are available.

If you are a returning customer, please, ALWAYS mention your address and your contact number. This information is required by postal services as phone number is supposed to be filled in EMS form. 

Important! We will not be able to send parcels on the eve of big holidays. For example: from December 10 to January 15 of the bad work of the post office on holidays.

Personal information submitted by you are securely stored and not transferred to the third parties.

Skin tone of the same tone may vary slightly depending on the edition of the casting in production.

Make-up replica is a hand-made and may differ from promo-photos, but it is the same scheme of make-up chosen by you from promo-photos.

A slight difference is possible for wigs replica due to various reactions of color pigment on different types of hair. However the main tone such as chocolate will complies with the promo. Also the wave of curly hair may little differ as we are using only natural materials.

Doll and stand is packed into the box made with cardboard.

Doll’s waist, arms and legs are fixed by a tape. Every doll has certificate of authenticity.

After all, the box is packed in delivery company branded bag.

Rules and warranty period of delivery are provided by the delivery company.

We working with post service EMS. You can track the entire path of your doll or other items by tracking number that we will send you by mail as soon as we send you the parcel.

We discuss individually further actions if the order is lost due to force-majeure.

The doll is made of polyurethane (resin). Attention! It is not recommended to leave a doll in open sunlight. A doll is not a toy and not recommended for kids under 15 years old. It is not recommended to put clothes or shoes of dark colors without lining for a long period of time. This may cause colouring of a doll’s plastic. 

Every wig is made with hair styling products like mousse, hair spray or gel before its shipping to the buyer. If wig made with natural materials such as mohair, gout or lama - can be cleaned with warm water and shampoo for thin hair. After wash you may apply some balsam and then style it as you wish. We are not responsible for your hair styling.
